The challenge

Why Capable Leaders Still Struggle With AI

Most leadership teams don't lack ambition for AI. They lack a shared, practical understanding of what it means for their business and their own decisions.

Strategic confusion

"We know AI is important, but which initiatives will actually move our business forward?"

Without a way to evaluate opportunities, AI investment follows vendor pitches rather than business priorities.

Execution paralysis

"Our teams pilot AI tools but struggle to scale them across the organisation."

Pilots stay isolated because no one at the top owns the outcome or has set the guardrails.

Tool overload

New AI tools appear every week. Leaders are unsure which ones matter for their role and which are noise, so many never move beyond basic ChatGPT use.

Credibility gap

Leaders are expected to lead AI conversations with boards, technology teams and vendors, without the fluency to ask the right questions or challenge the answers.

AI adoption stalls at the top before it stalls anywhere else.

Our approach

Not Another AI Tools Course

Tools are part of the programme. They are not the point. The point is better leadership decisions with AI.

01

Decisions first, tools second

Every session starts from a leadership question: where AI creates value, what to automate, what to augment, and what must stay human.

02

Hands-on, on your real work

Leaders use AI themselves on research, analysis, reports and communication from their own roles. Not theory. Real tasks and real outputs.

03

Judgement built in

Every AI use case is tested through the 10X Humane AI Lens, so leaders learn when to use AI, when not to, and who stays accountable.

The 10X Humane AI Lens

Four questions every AI decision must pass.

RealIs the value real?
RightIs this the right use of AI?
Raises PeopleDoes it make people more capable?
ResponsibleWho remains accountable?

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What leadership teams usually ask about the AI for Leaders programme.

What is an AI programme for CXOs and senior leaders?

It is an executive programme that helps CXOs and senior leaders understand what AI means for their business, use AI confidently in their own work, and make sound decisions about where and how to adopt it. The focus is on strategy, judgement and business value, not coding.

How is this different from generic AI courses or ChatGPT training?

ChatGPT is one tool. This programme covers a curated set of AI tools chosen for leadership work, together with frameworks for evaluating use cases, assessing vendors, setting guardrails and building a roadmap. Leaders practise on their own real tasks, so the learning applies directly to their roles.

Is this an AI course or an AI workshop for CXOs?

It is an instructor-led AI workshop programme, not a self-paced online course. CXOs and senior leaders work through live, hands-on sessions with a facilitator, ideally face to face, using their own business decisions and tasks. Many leaders search for an AI course for CXOs; what they usually need is a workshop that builds shared judgement and decisions across the leadership team.

What does AI training for CXOs cover?

AI training for CXOs covers what AI can and cannot do in business terms, hands-on use of AI on leadership work, how AI changes decision-making, prioritising AI use cases and evaluating vendors, governance and responsible AI through the 10X Humane AI Lens, and building an AI roadmap with measurable outcomes.

Do our leaders need a technical background?

No. The programme is designed for non-technical business leaders. There is no coding and no technical prerequisite. AI concepts are explained in business language.

Should our whole leadership team attend?

We recommend it. AI adoption moves fastest when the leadership team builds a shared language and shared priorities together. If schedules are tight, we can run the programme for two smaller groups so every leader is included without losing alignment.

Is the programme delivered in person or online?

Both options are available. In-person delivery typically increases engagement, hands-on practice and team alignment, so we recommend it where possible. Live online delivery works well for distributed leadership teams.

Can the programme be tailored to our industry?

Yes. Before delivery we adapt use cases, examples and exercises to your industry, functions and leadership priorities, so leaders work on decisions that reflect their own business.

What if we are not ready to implement AI company-wide yet?

That is a good time to start. The programme prepares leaders to decide when, where and how to adopt AI, so the organisation can pilot, measure and scale deliberately rather than haphazardly.

What support is available after the programme?

Participants get 30 days of post-programme access for questions. Organisations that want continued guidance can move into our AI strategy advisory, including executive alignment sessions and ongoing roadmap support.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes. We respect confidentiality and will sign your standard NDA before any discovery conversation about your business.
