These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including anyone purchasing enterprise advisory services or digital toolkits made available through the Service.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and capable of entering into a binding contract, to use the Service or make a Purchase. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of DasXAI Systems Pvt Ltd and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws of India and other countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
All materials provided through the Service, including advisory frameworks, guides, videos, text, graphics, code, templates, and the digital toolkits available through the AI Store, are licensed for your personal or internal business use only. You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any of our proprietary content without our express written permission.
3. Digital Toolkits and Products
This section applies specifically to purchases made through our AI Store.
- All toolkits are digital, downloadable products delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped.
- Upon successful payment, you will receive a download link by email. Download links may be subject to a limited number of downloads and an expiry period, details of which will be shown at the time of purchase.
- You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased toolkit for your own personal or business purposes. Reselling, sublicensing, sharing, or redistributing the files, in whole or in part, is not permitted.
- Refunds and cancellations for digital toolkit purchases are governed by our separate Refund and Cancellation Policy.
4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Certain toolkits and materials include prompts, templates, or content created with the assistance of artificial intelligence tools. While we review this content for quality and relevance, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, accuracy, or suitability for your particular business, industry, or use case. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting any AI-generated content before relying on it for business, legal, financial, or other decisions.
5. User Accounts
If any part of the Service requires you to create an account, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms, which may result in suspension or termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password used to access the Service and for any activity under your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service:
- For any illegal purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.
- To violate any applicable national, state, or local laws, rules, or regulations.

7. Purchases and Payment
If you wish to purchase a toolkit or engage our advisory services (“Purchase”), you may be asked to provide relevant payment and billing information.
You represent and warrant that (i) you have the legal right to use any payment method used in connection with a Purchase, and (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete.
Payments made through the Service are processed by third-party payment processors, including Cashfree Payments. The processing of payments is subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of that payment processor, and we do not store your full payment card or bank details.
Prices for digital toolkits are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice; changes will not affect Purchases already completed.
8. Advisory and Consulting Services
Enterprise advisory, corporate programs, and consulting engagements offered through the Service are separately scoped and may be governed by additional terms, proposals, or agreements provided directly to the client. In case of any conflict between those specific agreements and these Terms, the specific agreement will prevail for that engagement.
9. Links to Other Websites
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by DasXAI Systems Pvt Ltd.
DasXAI Systems Pvt Ltd has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that DasXAI Systems Pvt Ltd shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, including for a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Termination does not affect any digital toolkits already lawfully purchased and delivered to you, subject to the license terms in Section 3.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service, and all toolkits and content provided through it, are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DasXAI Systems Pvt Ltd, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DasXAI Systems Pvt Ltd and its licensees, licensors, employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
14. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice before the new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use the Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
